Terms of Service

LaganInvite is a platform for creating wedding invitations, sharing them, and collecting RSVPs. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account with anyone outside your immediate planning group.

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't upload guests' data without a lawful basis (consent, family relationship, or your legitimate interest in inviting them).
• Don't attempt to break the service, scrape it, or abuse the rate limits.
• Don't use LaganInvite to send spam outside the wedding context.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and back up your content so the service works. When you delete content or your account, this licence ends.

• Free: unlimited drafts to design and preview. Cannot publish or accept RSVPs.
• Wedding: £29 one-off per wedding. Unlocks publish + all features for that wedding forever. Refundable within 14 days if not yet published.
• Studio: £49 / month for wedding planners — unlimited weddings, white-label option, priority support.
• You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.
• UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription — contact us within 14 days of first signing up.

We aim for high availability but don't offer a formal uptime SLA on Free, Wedding one-off, or self-serve Studio. Critical issues that affect a published invitation in the 7 days before the wedding are prioritised.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; for serious abuse we may delete content without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law gives you a right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
